文献阅读
    《医学免疫学》是医学生学习床医学、预防医学以及药学研究的重要基础,与其它医学学科的交叉和互动非常多,其研究理念和研究内容更新十分迅速。如何灵活地运用PBL的教学理念进行教学的创新,积极引导学生充分发挥已经学习到的知识,进行主动学习,是进行《医学免疫学》教学的关键环节。从1998年以来,在《医学免疫学》的教学过程中,借鉴英国的免疫学教学模式,将传统的“课堂授课—实验教学—考试”的模式转变为“课堂授课—实验教学—文献研讨—考试”模式,探索PBL教学的新模式。
    在讲授完基础免疫学的内容基础上,以20名学生为一个学习单位。由高晓明教授和马大龙教授担任主讲教师,免疫学系6名具有博士学位的青年教师(基本均有国外留学经验)带领学生讨论。两名主讲教师指定10个免疫学研究的热点问题,每个问题指定两篇权威文献,并通过互联网公布。学生自己下载阅读指定的免疫学文献,并以文献为导向,进行资料的收集、整理与讨论,制作多媒体课件,并在文献研讨课上根据自己准备的内容进行讲演。
